Quality Assurance

1. Well equipped laboratory installed at the plant to check quality of raw material delivered to the plant.
2. SCADA software is installed with appropriate locks so that the plant operators cannot tamper with mix designs.
3. Only OPC Cement is used to maintain quality and strength of concrete.
4. R&D is carried out in the plant to get the best Mix Design for our clients.
5. Better quality concrete due to plant mix as compared to in-situ casting.
6. Fly-ash delivered to site is checked as per IS standards.
7. Staff well trained by supervising Civil Graduates in the laboratory to monitor the concrete dispatched to our clients.

Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)

In India, concrete has traditionally been produced on site with the using equipment and labour services. Ready mixed concrete is a technology, which involves a high degree of mechanization and automation at the set up specifically for producing RMC. A RMC plant consists of silos and bins for the storage of cement and aggregates respectively, weigh batchers for proportioning different ingredients of concrete, high efficiency mixer for thorough mixing of ingredients, and a computerized system controlling the entire production process. The concrete produced in this way is much better in terms of quality as compared to site-mixed concrete.

Our product range includes M7.5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 35, 35PT, 40, 40PT, 45PT, M50 and high flow concrete used in Alu form technology. Our client requirements are aptly fulfilled and RMC is delivered in the set timelines ensuring best in field quality and service.
